Description

Are you tried of struggling to install your new extractor springs? Yah, us too. So, we made it easy for you guys with this tool. 

All you need to do is insert your new extractor spring into the tool, press the new extractor spring into the extractor spring pocket on the extractor, and then while being pressed, rotate the tool clockwise. Typically you will hear/feel a click when the extractor spring is fully seated. The rotation of the tool is key because it allows you to maneuver the spring into the pocket of the extractor.

The tool is made from 1/4" Carbon Steel Hex stock and can be used in just about any 1/4" bit driver/handle. It can also be used with magnetic bit drivers/handles. The magnetic drivers/handles work nicely because if the spring is dropped, it won't get lost due to it being magnetic.

We use the extractor spring installation tool with a Wera 051482 Rapidaptor Bitholding Screwdriver Handle.
