We are proud to introduce the Classified Defense Modular Combat Rail (MCR). Building off an extremely popular existing barrel nut and handguard mounting design, we wanted to provide you all with a handguard that matched perfectly with our scalloped rail upper receivers. Additionally, we are a huge fan of having a minimal gap between the suppressor and the end of the rail. Our general rule of thumb is that the rail is 0.75" shorter than the barrel length. That, in theory, positions the shoulder of the barrel threads even with the end of the rail.

Barrel Nut Torque - 30 FT LBS Minimum - 80 FT LB Maximum. We like to use 50 FT LBS and adjust alignment with a shim(s). Barrel Nut Shims are NOT included.
